We recognise that it is only by investing in staff and training that we get the quality of work from our engineers that is required to ensure great work for our customers.

We are great believers in the mantra that if we look after our staff, they will look after our customers.

We have our own bespoke training facilities in-house where a good deal of training takes place, but we also send our employees on external training courses when appropriate.

All of our engineers are trained to City & Guild Standards in Fibre Optic Test & Termination which is a key set of skills in our field of work. In addition, we also hold in-house training in the appropriate usage of the range of tools that are used on a daily basis such as abrasive wheels. Another important area of development for some staff is the usage of plant such as excavators.

In addition, staff go on courses in First Aid, Asbestos Training, and through our working relationship with power tool manufacturer Hilti, courses in Firestopping.

We are believers in continuous training too, so if an employee has attended a training course, it may be appropriate to go on a refresher course after a period of time because of changes in technology and tools.

Our customers are also welcome to visit and use the great in-house training facilities we have set up.
