As a business we pride ourselves on providing stability to our team, giving job security and a guaranteed Living Wage. 

We invest heavily in the training of our team to ensure the quality and competences they require to support them in their tasks. We have an internal training facility to provide one to one and collaborative team training sessions helping to build team spirit.

As well as being passionate about our staff, Networx3 are acutely aware of our environment and have developed practices that support sustainability and help to protect the environment. We actively monitor and adopt initiatives and monitor our suppliers to ensure they comply with our environmental standards. We have also implemented recycling functions, are a registered Love my Beach company, use a Reid bed septic facility at our training centre and even employ an environmentalist to support us in assessing environment and wildlife on our projects.

We are currently looking at other projects to support the environment and will continue to strive to achieve our goals of Minimising the impact we have on the environment.
