Whilst on site this morning completing some works when your engineer overheard me talking to Another supplier about the Wi-Fi being down across our whole site. This meant none of our government officials could access their systems which would then cause a significant delay in courts starting with vulnerable parties kept waiting. The other supplier could not get an engineer out to me until 3PM which wasn’t acceptable Your engineer offered to take a look to see if he could help and he identified the issue which required our comms cab to be rebooted.

Your engineer didn’t have to do this but he did, and as a result courts all started on time with no delay. I am very grateful to him for how kind he was and his efforts to get us back up and running.
