The management team at Networx3 is committed to helping good causes and being a good corporate citizen. Our support isn’t just financial – its also about lending our team to being about change in the community.

Everyone at Networx3 is encouraged to get involved wherever possible in activities within our local community but also in the places we work too. This takes many forms but usually by active participation in community and charitable causes.

We have a charity committee of staff volunteers and fundraisers and Networx3 provides support for a chosen charity through a year-long programme of events. In the past we have helped a wide variety of charities but we have a strong connection with the national charity, Help for Heroes.

This is because many of our employees are former servicemen, predominantly from Royal Signals. Our support includes raising funds on behalf of the charity as well as providing support to returning injured service personnel.

Help for Heroes was founded by Bryn Parry OBE and his wife Emma Parry OBE after they visited soldiers at Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham. The charity was launched after a meeting with General Sir Richard Dannatt, the Chief of the General Staff. The charity has raised millions of pounds since it was founded.

At a local level Networx3 also supports Fresh Fields Enterprises, a volunteer charity based in Burnley who ensure people with disabilities are given a chance to get the skills needed to be able to get a job or be involved in community projects. The charity work with plants, vegetables and flowers and also help with basic information technology and customer service skills.
